Hi, I’m Alex, and I’m the person who packs your order, usually at my kitchen table in Des Moines, Iowa.

INNACASE started back in 2018. I couldn’t find a case for a low-volume, carrier-branded Android phone, so I started emailing manufacturers to see if I could get one made. A few emails and calls later, I was working with design and manufacturing teams on the other side of the world, and the first shipment of what would become INNACASE showed up in our driveway.

Then our customers taught us what we really sell.

The reviews started filling with photos we never expected: cases piped with whipped-cream glue and set with rhinestones, photocard displays for favorite idols, tiny works of art built on our clear acrylic backs. People weren’t just protecting phones. They were creating on them. Somewhere along the way, order by order and review by review, we became a craft supplier without meaning to.
